Listed below is some of the research conducted in this lab.

The open-source, multivariate PLS (Partial Least Squares) and NPAIRS (Nonparametric, Prediction, Activation, Influence, Reproducibility, re-Sampling) neuroimaging software package developed at the Rotman Research Institute. PLS-NPAIRS combines Java versions of the  PLS (Matlab) software and the  NPAIRS (IDL) software with a common PLS-style input and output structure. Visit the plsnpairs project website here.
