This presentation will outline the responsibilities of different disciplines in prevention, identification and control of C. difficile within Baycrest.

Successful prevention and management of C.difficile can be achieved only as a result of collaborative efforts between several disciplines. Participants will learn:

• What is C. difficile and its impact in Geriatric Health?
• How is it identified, controlled and prevented?
• What are the responsibilities of different disciplines in C.difficile management?
