1. Discuss the creation of an evidence based interdisciplinary rehabilitation and technology program
2. Review the steps used to develop the model, create the evidence for funding and how we replicated the program for other neurological patient populations
3. Examine the current evidence in the literature
4. Consider how this evidence has translated into better care for all patients with chronic neurological disabilities
