This presentation will illuminate the important relationship between interprofessional practice in a health care setting and the professional ethics and how to collaboratively work through ethical dilemmas.
Educational goals and objectives:
- Define teamwork and the importance of professional ethics.
- Heighten self-awareness of one's own value system and sensitivity towards the value systems of others
- Develop initial skills of reflection and critical analysis in team situations regarding moral dilemmas
