This presentation will illuminate the important relationship between interprofessional practice in a health care setting and the professional ethics and how to collaboratively work through ethical dilemmas.

• Define teamwork and the importance of professional ethics.
• Heighten self-awareness of one's own value system and sensitivity towards the value systems of others
• Develop initial skills of reflection and critical analysis in team situations regarding moral dilemmas
