Details:    Much media attention has been given to the recent case of a man with HIV who did not disclose his disease to eleven sexual partners, two of which have died as a result. We will review the current Canadian laws that also consider disclosure obligations and consider this dilemma in the context of obligation to destigmatize HIV patients.
