Learning Objectives:
  1. To present a case: concussion in a 20 year old hockey player.
  2. To explore the brain’s response to a cognitive demand after a concussion.
  3. To discuss whether stress and concussion both alter the brain’s capacity to respond to a cognitive demand in the same way.
  4. To discuss whether the post-concussive syndrome, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression are all the same disorder.
