The Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR), in partnership with scientists and healthcare professionals, build commercialization plans and explore market opportunities for the innovative research undertaken at Baycrest. Their role is to identify and complete the concrete steps necessary to advance the commercialization of mutually-selected Baycrest technologies. Initial program funding will be available through the Centre for Brain Fitness.

Candidates should have an MBA and entrepreneurial business experience in the areas of new product launch and customer development, and the interpersonal skills to interact with both commercial partners and Baycrest scientists.
